Between December 2007 and March 2009 MEDICRAT managed the creative and commercial aspects of the Young Specialists' Guide, a publication commissioned by HeadHunter. MEDIACRAT reworked the creative and design concepts for the magazine that had been in circulation since 2002.

The Young Specialist's Guide became the first magazine in Russia dedicated to career development opportunities for students and young professionals. This high quality publication that combined the format of a serious business magazine with infotainment elements provided readers with answers to such questions as "What is the company of my dream and how do I become its best employee", "How should I behave during an interview", "What needs to be done today to be able to head up a company with multi-million dollar turnover in ten years", etc.

The magazine was circulated in more than 400 leading universities in Moscow and other regions of Russia and was available at various student hang-outs, at specialised events, at HeadHunter and STAR Travel offices and was delivered to HR professionals of largest Russian and international companies.
