In November 2007, at the annual contest 'The Best Corporate Publication of Ukraine - 2007', Rasti! [Grow!] was honored with 'The Best Contents of a Corporate Publication' award.

Between March 2007 and November 2008 MEDIACRAT had been managing creative aspects of the Grow! magazine at the request of Nadra Bank, one of Ukraine's largest nation-wide banking institutions. The publication targeted the bank's critical client segment — small businesses.

In developing the editorial concept for Grow! MEDIACRAT focused predominantly on the personality factor: each issue of the magazine would cover success stories featuring specific entrepreneurs who developed their business thanks to Nadra Bank. Apart from that the publication also offered practical tips and insights into business planning, budgeting and financial analysis technologies.

The personality factor also became the cornerstone of the magazine's design — materials were always presented in a distinctly vibrant and lively format. The magazine was published in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
